Your Amazon ads, run to goals agreed in writing.

Seller Performance is an Amazon PPC agency for brands that invest $15,000 or more a month in Amazon ads. We agree your sales and ROAS goals with you, write them down and stand behind them.

If you prepay the 90 days and we miss the goals we agreed, we keep working for free until we hit them.

A walkthrough, under four minutes, of how we review an Amazon ad account, what we look for first, and two results measured fairly.

Recent wins from the accounts we run.

These four results come from two brands we run. Each compares the first months we have with the latest, says what ad spend did over the same months, and names the brand by type only.

+57%

From August to October, the brand's total sales were 57% higher than in the same months a year earlier.

What we look at first in your account.

We run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, and we judge every change by your ROAS and your total sales. These are the first three things we check, shown with made-up examples.

  1. Search terms that take clicks and never sell

Once a search term has had enough clicks to judge, given your price and how often your shoppers buy, and still no order, you stop paying for it, and that money moves to what does sell.

  2. Single words that waste money everywhere

One word, such as a size you do not sell, can sit inside fifty search terms. One negative keyword removes all of them at once.

  3. The setup of each product, and its bids

Each product needs campaigns to find new searches, to keep the searches that sell and to defend its brand name. Each gap is a campaign it does not have, and each bid is checked against what it brings back.

A closer look at two accounts.

Each chart runs month by month, and each figure below it compares the first months with the latest, never a low month with a high one.

From the summer to the autumn, the share of its sales that came from ads fell from 56% to 50%.

What happens after you book.

  1. You choose a 15-minute call at a time that suits you.
  2. On the call, you show us your ad console on your own screen, or simply describe it, and we tell you what we see. You share no access to do this.
  3. If you would like the full review, we send you a secure link from Amazon that lets us read your advertising data. You may remove it at any time.
  4. About a day later, we show you everything we found and set your sales and ROAS goals with you.
  5. If you choose to go ahead, you pay, and your 90 days begin.

How the fee works.

  • Your first 90 days have one fixed price, which depends on your ad spend. We give it to you in dollars and in writing before you decide, and it does not rise if your spend rises during the 90 days.
  • You may prepay the 90 days, which brings the guarantee and waives the setup fee, or pay in three monthly instalments, each before its month begins.
  • After the 90 days, you may continue month to month, and you may leave with 30 days' written notice.
  • We raise your ad spend only when it is meeting the ROAS goal we agreed with you.

We stand behind the goals we agree with you.

On our call, we agree two goals with you, your sales and your ROAS at day 90. We set them from your own account, and you approve them in writing before you pay. If you prepay the 90 days and we miss them, we keep working for free until we hit them.

Common questions.

Who will I speak with?

You speak with the person who would run your account. We do not publish the names of our team or our clients online, and on the call you are welcome to ask who we are and what we have run.

What does the review cost?

Nothing. The review is free, and you are under no obligation to work with us afterward.

What access do you need?

None for the first call, because you share your own screen. For the full review, Amazon asks you to approve a secure link. During the review we only read your data, and you may remove the link at any time.

What will it cost to work with you?

One price for the first 90 days, which depends on your ad spend. We give it to you in dollars and in writing before you decide anything.

How often will I hear from you?

You receive a short note twice a week when work is done, and a summary every Friday of what changed, what it earned and what comes next. None of it needs a reply.

How does the guarantee work?

We propose your sales and ROAS goals for day 90 from your own account, and they stand only once you approve them in writing. If you prepay the 90 days and we miss them, we keep working without a fee until we hit them. Your ad spend is paid to Amazon as usual.

Can I leave during the first 90 days?

The first 90 days are one plan, paid up front or in three instalments. After that, you may continue month to month and leave with 30 days' written notice.

How do you take over from my current agency?

You give us access on the day you begin, and nothing else is asked of you afterward. We start from your account as it stands, so nothing is switched off overnight, and we plan your first improvement for the first week.

Where do the results on this page come from?

Each one comes from a brand's own Amazon Ads data, with its dates. On the call, we will gladly show you how any of them was measured.

Tell us about your brand, then choose a 15-minute time in the next three days. We work with brands that invest $15,000 or more a month in Amazon ads.

How much do you invest in Amazon ads each month?

We use your details only to arrange your call, and we never name a brand we work with.
